Premium payer and not client (That's how Scorpion Legal Protection is treating me)

Scorpion Legal Protection treats me as a premium payer and not a client. After several requests for legal assistance I'm still sitting with two outstanding legal matters and now have to lodge a third one. The two matters reported in November are still shelves in Scorpion offices. I losing hope.
