Poor services

My dad went to Scopion Legal protection offices (Klerksdorp) in January /February we've been waiting for 3/4 months now for you guys to help us. He always gets a call that the paper are supposed to go to Bloemfontein and they haven't arrived for 4 months now. Can you please help us soon because my dad is stressed everyday about this situation.
