Poor service from Scorpion, no service as promised

I have reported a case to Scorpion on the 13th of last month. I have been trying to get hold of them instead of them calling me I have missed one call from someone called Rudolph. Bear in mind Rudolph doesn't respond to emails nor take calls. He will keep on telling you that he is busy with a client or on leave.

I won't advise anyone to pay Scorpion as they don't deliver the services that I pay for. I have bee n calling the same Rudolph with no luck. He doesn't respond to emails So I am asking for a refund of all my payments

This is not okay Be a legal company not a headache.
