POOR SERVICE FROM SCORPION LEGAL SERVICE

I logged a case with Scorpion Protection its now over a month up until today I've been through 6 people my case kept on been moved from Pillar to post. Was called by a Mrs Naidoo who told me I'm suddenly not covered for this specific case that Scorpion doesn't cover labour issues if you don't have a work contract,I asked if het manager could call me it never happend I logged a complain with Scorpion wrt to the poor service received. A lady with the name Anele called me week before last Friday and said because my documents are in Afrikaans she will get back to.me Monday when I followed up Wednesday she's now on leave how poor service is that .The same so called Miss Naidoo calls me telling me her manager is on leave I asked her to call me within 10 minutes she's rather tells me it's her weekend off she's leaving early that's last week Friday it's now been a week again no feedback from Scorpion please DO NOT JOIN SCORPION NO ONE UNDERSTANDS AFRIKAANS THEY SAID HENCE WHY MY CASE IS SITH THEM.OVER A MONTH. Don't bank on Scorpion also cause I could be in jail while the same people still trying to understand who should help me
