poor service from scorpion
I reported a matter to Scorpion legal protection in 2014. But as isn't today, there is no resolution / conclusion. Scorpion always promise to come back to me and they never did until I call them. I'm totally not impressed with the service. I don't know what to do. It's been two years now and no outcome or closure.<br> My wish is to have closure on the matter.<br>

We have investigated your complaint, and after discussing this matter with you it would appear that both your attorney and our staff did not provide you with regular feedback as you would have expected. We apologise for the inconvenience caused as a result hereof.
We confirm having given you a detailed feedback on your matter as advised by your attorney and that summons was issued and several attempts made to deliver them to Patrick were unsuccessful as he could not be traced at the addresses you had provided. We informed you that another trace will be conducted to locate his current whereabouts.
You informed us that you will also locate Patrick's current residential or business address to enable the delivery of summons and that you were happy with this feedback.
We will inform you of further developments herein.
