Poor service delivery

I lodged in a complaint in May 2022 we are now completing August and im still waiting for my attorney to assist with my case. I was allocated the kzn branch attorney a guy called Mr makhanya There is no direct email for him when you call their landline no one answers, their emails come with automatic reply that tell you not to respond. Scorpion legal are very fast and on time when it comes to debiting their premiums but drag their feet when time comes for them to assist. I've never seen such poor service delivery the company has failed to assist me, they want to be paid but cannot give legal assistance. Im asking myself exactly what is it that are we paying them every month for if they cannot honor their part of the agreement. The company gets a 0 from me when it comes to legal assistance
