Poor Service Delivery Again

I thought I will not have to do this AGAIN regarding Scorpion but their bad service are out of this world. I consulted their chosen attorneys early December 2016 and to date, documents are stuck between the attorneys and scorpion offices. No one want to take any responsibility to ensure that documents are received , assessed and provide me with feedback so that I can know what to do with this matter. Round about first week of February 2017, I received a phone call from Hadebe attorneys to alert me that documents have not yet been sent to Scorpion because of their telkom lines not working. On 15/02/2017 I phoned Scorpion Durban Branch (was referred to by Johannesburg branch) and spoke to Korisha as the matter is not handled in Johannesburg offices and the attorneys are also in Johannesburg. What an irony of this logistics? Korisha promised to contact the attorneys and told me that Mr Hadebe is never there and can't understand why attorneys say my documents cannot be sent as she has been dealing with Hadebe attorneys recently i.e. receiving email documents. Today, 17/02/2017 I phoned Korisha to make a follow-up since a feedback lacks from Scorpion. She responded that she spoke to Nokuthula from Hadebe Attorneys who confirmed that their telkom lines are still not working but will make a plan to get documents to Korisha. I suggest to Korisha that why attorneys can't hand deliver the documents to Scorpion Johannesburg branch because their offices are few streets away from each other (walking distance if I may put it mildly). Johannesburg branch can email or courier the documents to Durban as this is their own arrangements/logistics that claims are centralised and dealt with in Durban. Korisha told me that she is in Durban and that there is nothing she can do. Of course there is something she can do as I just suggested to her what to do? She will wait until attorneys make a plan to get documents to her. Who is suffering here? There is completely no effort that Scorpion is doing to assist their chosen service provider (attorneys) to solve this matter. As Scorpion client, I am the one who is suffering in this point-finger process. This is the second matter that I have to intervene between Scorpion and their service providers (attorneys). When is this going to stop?
