Poor Service... Customers are taken for a ride

I am in receipt of letter from Scorpion repudiate my claim on the basis that I am not the owner of the vehicle and therefore do not have prospects of success in this matter.

In response to that, I informed Scorpion that the owner of the car is also a member of Scorpion. How will this matter unfold? I am waiting for their reponse. What is interesting is that the matter has been sitting in their offices for almost over 6 months only to realise this now. C'mon Scorpion, Really??

Another issue is that on repudiation letter, I am told to "Direct any enquiry to Lizbe van Rhyn.... Tel No. (011) ********** . This number is for LegalWise automated voicemail with their adverti*****t and the call is cut off after listening to this adverti*****t. What does this mean? I thought LegalWise is your competitor?

Though it is non of my business other than Scorpion increasing the premiums to cover your costs, which is really hitting us as poor members. Are you guys ensuring that you contract with service providers (with professional work ethics and integrity) who really know what they are doing? This is the second matter that Scorpion is failing me big time with their service providers. Another matter is still pending also because of the fault of your service provider. Costs are escalating for the matter which could have been resolved last year at CCMA now sitting at Labour Court??? Shortly I will be told that I have exhausted my cover. Is Scorpion expecting me to accept that when it happens?
