Poor service and *********** stuff.

I sent my retrenchment documents in June. Scorpion advised they will pay my premiums for a year. I was advised I needed to send my documents to *** and I did. Spoke to numerous consultants to name aof few Veronica and Petunia advised that they will need to escalate as my account has been suspended. It's been weeks of trying to get this sorted as I have pressing matter for scorpion to action for me but I can't due to poor service. To top it off one of them bluntly told me that they can't assist as they are working from.
