Poor service

My mother has been unfairly dismissed at work she went to ccma with one of your attorney they had a written agreement with the employer but the company hasn't remunerated my mother as per written agreement and it's been two weeks now.i called my mother's attorney she said I should contact Scorpion I then called them they said they will send my mother's attorney an email regarding the matter but it's two weeks now and I haven't heard a thing or an update
