Poor service

Its been 3 months and still nothing. I missed a call from you guys on the 3rd and you just never bothered to call back again. I pay for your service or have you forgotten? I missed my first call about a month ago, just one call and I was told that I will get a call back on the 3rd February, how is this acceptable? you attempt once and then just try again in a month's time?
