poor service

i am a member off scorpion for 4 years now and it is my first case i have with them. the service i get is very poor which i never thought i will experience such a service when you need help. scorpion advertise their policy on magazines and tv's promising us that they will deliver good service to their client. i have a case with scorpion for a year and six months now but ***** don't have any good result about my case don't even know whether i will ever be assisted. i once try to lay a complain about poor service i get from from the branch but also to them i got a rejected call telling me that they will phone the branch and get back to me. am the one who's running up and down while am paying a company to deliver a service for me. its really stupid to not be taken so ceruse when u need help from a company that doesn't care for their clients. i don't understand why or maybe scorpion check how much is my premium client bring to their business???
