Poor Service
<p>I am not happy with the service i am receiving from Scorpion.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have an ongoing case from May 2016 and the case has not been resolved, on top of that i have to spend my airtime calling scorpion to follow up on the case. i send the emails and i dont get reply. </p> <p> </p> <p>Monday night i filled in Scorpions form requesting the legal advise regarding Gym cancellation till today i have never received the answer. </p> <p> </p> <p>i am starting think that i wasting my money by paying scorpion monthly fees cause they are just useless </p>

Further that, regarding your gym membership cancellation, you were advised to send us a copy of the agreement you had with the gym to enable us to peruse and assist accordingly. I find scorpion services very poor.
till today not even one matter has been resolved. the gym company is still debiting my account.
if Scorpion is failing to help me with miner matter like this, i just wonder what will happen if i were to be arrested. regarding municipality matter i even gave Bonolo the Mayor's contact details but nothing is happening.
scorpion is just helpless.
why am i paying every month?
