Poor Service
<p>I am deeply saddened by the poor service that I received from Mr. Siyabonga Ngwenya, Scorpion Legal Adviser at Bloemfontein Branch. </p> <p> </p> <p>When I opened a case of ******* against the NAPTOSA union for unauthorised debits from my salary he did not tell me from the beginning that my case predated and that Scorpion could not assist me in that regard, he instead raised my expectations giving me false hope by proceeding with the case. When the case reached the climax, I was then dropped like a hot potato and told that I could not be provided with the attorney to pursue the matter further since the matter predated. He then conclusively said that I would para legally be assisted. To me, I just equated his statement to an edeuphemism "don't call us we will call you". My assumptions were indeed true because since from that day he never called me.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
