Poor Service

<p>I am ashamed to say that I have logged a complaint that I have with the body coporate of where I am staying as well as own , the issue is with levies and chargers that are being added onand of the actions that was taken by the body coporate. Scorpion legal representitve does not understand the issue @ hand and sends out of a rental issue after me emailing and notifing that its about levies and added chargers. So poor understanding of the situation.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been liasing with Evelyn from the Germiston branch, who had understood my issue and offered good service , I was then refered to Michael Buthelezi who fails to offer good advise and made me feel like he was representing the bodycoporate instead of me as the client. I have seen mails sent of were i could have done as this does not show any efforts or added benefit to me and my family.</p> <p> </p> <p>Case 675803</p> <p> </p>
