Poor service

Very poor service. The only thing they are good at is debiting from ones account. I had two cases which I just needed advise nothing else. 1 in December 2022 between the 20th and the 24th...they only responded to me in February to try and infor me about the progress of my case what a shame. On may the 24th I sent through another query, they have not contacted me yet still waiting for 2more months to pass b4 they can even attempt to call me. After so many years with them without missing a single payment this is the kind of service they giving me...what a bunch of ****mers...
