Poor service

Really poor service I have been receiving since I logged my claim last year December, firstly took like 3 months before they really did anything and gave proper feedback. The claim has now been transferred to small courts claims department , it’s been 2 weeks now since they have had my claim there and I have heard absolutely no feedback from them at all once again. I sent an email asking for feedback and it has been days without a reply. This is really disgusting service to a paying client of theirs
