Poor handling of cases here. You pay they rip you off!!!

I'm very dissatisfied with how my labour dispute has been handled by scorpion legal, I lodged a complaint against my employer for short paying me last year 04 December and I spoke to a lady by the name of T Mvemve who was the one handling my dispute. I received an sms to send through my documents in support of my dispute with my employer, I sent through the requested docs to *** but the email was not responded nor confirmation of receipt of the email was sent. I lodged a live help chat with one of their consultants who was of less to null assistance to my query and told me the email was received and someone would attend to it. Fast forward to early Jan I requested feedback and was told to send the documents which they "did not receive" I then sent the docs YET AGAIN! To Tumi Modumo but the signature belonged to William Mosifane. I have not received feedback to date.
