Poor Customer Treatment and Service

Vehicle Case - awaiting payment. The out taxed bill dated 03 December 2025, request for payment was sent on 08 December 2025. They called on 09 February 2026 to confirm the banking details but until today nothing is happening and there is no follow up being done from Scorpion Legal Protection. This 2015 case is dragging years and years because nobody is pushing from Scorpion Legal Protection. I am very upset about how Scorpion Legal Protection neglect my case and not even bother to provide update from their side. This is unacceptable.
