Poor customer service

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the consistent poor service I have received from Scorpion Legal team. Despite being prompt with my monthly payments, I have experienced difficulty in getting assistance from their customer service department.

The contact channels provided on their website, including the email address and WhatsApp number, do not seem to be functioning. When I attempt to call, I am left waiting on the line for an extended period before being transferred to the relevant department.

On July 11, I received a call from a representative who claimed to have reviewed my query and promised to send an email with instructions on where to submit my supporting documents. However, I have yet to receive this email.

I have reached a point of frustration and have lost trust in their company's ability to provide adequate service. Therefore, I am requesting to close my account (number 40115#5) immediately.
