Poor customer service
Scorpion has disappointed me with their email address that doesn't Work, when I m trying to submit documents for a case I logged with them. I kept on sending document and they say they didnt receive them. They keep on giving me the email ********** or ********** . Now they say I must go to the branch, so much of inconvenience.
