Poor communication and no updates and feedback
I have been in contact with Scorpion since 25 June 2019 about my motor vechicle case and every week I am the one asking them to call me to give me feedback about what is happening. Well, its been days now and no one called. I am the one who is really in need now and thought that after being a memeber of them for so long they would have had proper communication and treated my case with urgency but to no extend. I am really frustrating and at my bitter ends.

I have send an email to Mr Nodada last week, asking him to contact me. Still up until today no reply or phone call from him. Rose contacted me Thursday saying an attorney will be allocated to my case and I will receive a sms stating who will the attorney be. I am still waiting on that sms. How long must I still wait because as this case of mine has been handed over to scorpion in June 2019 already and the progress I am getting is so slow? I thought by now my case would have at least been sorted.

29 Nov 2019, 12:33I just want to warn the public never to get involve with Scorpion. They couldnt assist me with my motor vehicle accident case and I had take out more money for another lawyer because Scorpion was not helpfull or even treating my matter as urgent. So therefore I want all my premies back and I don't want to deal ever again with scorpion.
