Poor Communication

I called scorpion today to check why they haven't debited my account or if my policy is still up to date and only to be told that it was suspended today and the lady even had guts to tell me that they contacted me regarding my policy and sent messages, which somehow disappeared into thin air. That's how important we are once we are on board, no communication only surprises
