Poor business servicesq
My car was bumped by a police officer in 2015. I asked Scorpion Legal Protection to assist me. Scorpion appointed an attorney to assist. The case went on until 04 March when magistrate awarded default judgment on my favour. The attorney provided feedback to Scorpion Legal Protection and await go ahead to send demand letter. Unfortunately, until today Scorpion Legal Protection hasn't responded.
I'm very disappointed with their service because my car is damaged and i spent money attending court hearings but it seems i lost everything. I doubt the state will pay me because Scorpion Legal Protection is dragging their feed after so many years.

27 May 2025, 15:07Scorpion Legal Protection should contact the attorney and discuss the way forward. They defaulted several times due to noncompliance and that resulted in a negative impact on my side.

29 May 2025, 09:30- Thank you for your response. This case is now 10 years old. I'm appealing to Scorpion Legal Protection not to delay any further and contact the attorney as soon as possible because she has been waiting for go ahead since March 2025.
