Poor and undermining service you can think of from scorpion

The bad decision my husband made was to join scorpion, we have 2 cases with them, property and vehicle case, since 2021,we still with the case, its so sad, scorpion just want their premium and cares less with their client, i remember my husband calling scorpion for legal advice regarding the car which was not even 1 month old, we saw some defects, garage didn't want to fix it, the lady from scorpion refused when my husband wanted to cancel the deal... Here we are with tge sane car,paying full installments... Approaching 5 years now. Still the case is not resolved.... We bought the house from the owner, sadly she passed away while the attorney busy with transfer, still scorpion failed to help till this day, they are not available when u need them, they are always on lunch, leave or meeting. no sense of urgency when dealing with client's cases. We always have to call for feedback your consultants goes as far as telling us as clients that we must call at their convinient time as a certain times will be on lunch very dissapointing.
