Pitched Up Late
Scorpion appointed Mgidi Law Firm at Burgersfort to represent me at the CCMA and they never bothered to consult me regarding my case. I had to always call to find out when am l going to see the lawyer that will represent me. On the 24th of November they came late while closing our settlement terms with the employer. They were of no help. I feel like Scorpion is just ripping us off.

We have discussed this matter with Mgidi attorney in Burgersfort who was appointed by us to represent you in your case. He has confirmed what you say in your complaint and he blamed his late coming on the traffic.
We agree with you that this late coming, is unacceptable and we are in the process of reviewing our continued relationship with this firm. Regrettably we were only informed of this after the event and we could do nothing to find you a replacement attorney or facilitate a postponement of the matter.
We have discussed the matter with you, and we thank you for bringing the conduct of this firm to our attention. We will act firmly to avoid this happening again to any of our other clients.
