PAYMENT OF OUTSTANDING LOAN

In December 2015 my bank where I had a loan with decided to take the whole outstanding amount from my personal account without my consent. They argued that my loan was in arrears for a long time so that is the reason why they did that. I went to bank and query the transaction and I was told that it is their head office so I must phone the Head Office. They dialled the number and I was on hold for 30 minutes until a white lady answered and she told me that yes they transferred monies from my bank account to the personal loan account and it can not be reversed. I was stressed because the money was for other purposes. Then I phoned Scorpion Legal to lay the complaint. In a weeks time I was phoned by a lady who told me that she was handling the matter. She gave me all her details and every step she took she reported to me up until my whole R6700.00 was paid back to me by my bank. I appreciate the service of Scorpion Legal really now I know that there is justice in South Africa. I'm telling you if it was not Scorpion who was following this matter on my behalf I was going to suffer/stressed like anything. Now I have new arrangements to pay my loan every month. Keep it up guys.
