Paying for legal cover but doing the legal work myself - Claim ***3

I am extremely disappointed with Scorpion Legal Protection.

My claim number is ***3. My case is being referred to the Ombudsman and instead of my assigned legal practitioner assisting me, I was instructed to complete the technical Ombudsman forms on my own.

I pay monthly for legal protection precisely so that qualified professionals handle legal paperwork. Your office already has all my facts, documents and history. It is unacceptable to be left to fill out legal forms alone and risk prejudicing my own case.

I have now formally requested that within 3 business days my practitioner must either: 1.⁠ ⁠Complete the forms on my behalf using the information already on file and send to me for signature, OR 2.⁠ ⁠Provide detailed written guidance on what to write in each section.

This is not value for money. I expect a legal insurance company to provide LEGAL SERVICE, not admin instructions.
