PATHETIC SERVICE FROM THE CONSULTANT

Pathetic service by the Scorpion consultant where they always want a complain before they can assist and follow up ,I mean Welile said I must comeback to him after the decision and I have done so but he just made empty promises that he will request for his colleague to assist ,since then I have been waiting for them with a matter that needed to be submitted on the 8 October , honestly thie is so pathethic and not fair as I had to pay an external legal advise but I have this service where I am not even getting help.
