Pathetic Service

I am a member of Scorpion who takes my money every month but they cannot make sure that their Service Providers like Jansen and Jansen Attorneys do their work. I had an accident in 2018 and did all the legal requirements as per Scorpion got the Accident Report, got 3 different quotations as per their request. My case was given to Jansen and Jansen Attorneys who never give me any feedback regarding the progress of the case and I had to contact them every time also just to be told the case is in process. In November 2019 I had to fix my car on my own on which I made 3 separate payments to the Panelbeater because I had to make down payments. Why does Scorpion promise you Legal Aid and Protection if they cannot assist their clients? But they do remember to take your money every month? Just IMAGINE if you have a difficult legal battle and you need their assistance then you will rot in a Police Cell before they can help you.
