Pathetic service by Scorpion legal protection.

Scorpion don't take their clients seriously. I was involved in a car accident on the 3rd of May 2022. I submitted all requested documents on the 11th of June 2022. You have to call them several times for same thing and they act as if they will assist you until you get tired. I wrote several emails complaining about the consultant who is handling my case. She is doing nothing, there is no progress from 11 May till now. She is so unprofessional I spoke with her on the 14th of October 2022 and she promised to call me the following monday 17th after discussing the matter with her manager who was on leave and will be back at work monday the 17th of October she never called. She **** to me. I 'm still waiting for her call. I complained , they send me an automated message stating that they have forwarded my query to the relevant department or person and I will be contacted shortly. Scorpion is giving us pathetic service.
