Pathetic Service

Unhappy Service - called since 22 Jan and I eventually got a hold of them today 9th Feb 2026. What a waste of my time and making 3 calls. Due to the incident that I required assistance with occurring before I became a member I was told they cannot assist me. What's the point of paying for a service if they cannot assist you. Waste of time and wate of money
