Pathetic- cancelling nightmare

I would give a 0 rating if I could. Pathetic service. Both my mother and I have policies with them. We both are cancelling due to the service we received. It's a mission to cancel. I have notified them via email to cancel and have called them. I'm going in circles trying to cancel both our policies. I do not recommend them at all. Cancelling is a nightmare. I read a review saying that they make a ton of excuses to not take your case. I feel the same. My mum is a platinum policy holder and they couldn't assist her with a simple municipal matter of her having two account numbers for one water meter.
