over 3 years matter unresolved
I have a court case matter with scorpion,where I was involved in an accident with the government car at n1 to Polokwane ,the guy who bump my car did not want to pay me ,and since I have policy with scorpion I hand over the matter to them,i sent all documents required and even went to see the lawyer the refered me to in Pretoria,<br> <br> it is now 3 years and the matter is still going on,and I don't receive any response from the lawyer and it takes time to hear from scorpion unless I contact them my self,they have been telling me that the matter has been handed to court and they have app**** for the trial date and now it is difficult to get the court date,the responds was sent on the 13 november2015

Thank you for your enquiry.
Unfortunately legal proceedings do take time, especially when one is required to go to court. We confirm that we are still waiting for the court to provide us with a trial date. Quentin from our offices has called you today and advised that the courts are in recess until 15 January 2016, and the attorney will be able to enquire at court on the trial date after this date.
We will communicate with you again in the new year once the attorney has made enquiries at court as to whether a trial date has been allocated.
