Now I heard 2 people complaining about scopion

How can we trust scorpion if the older members complaining about been dumped during difficult situation. I am talking about people been a member of scorpion more than 15 years. 2013 I called scorpion for help they didn't help me. As member of scorpion we paying to settle for less? We have a trust in scorpion but you keep on disappointing us or you help those who are your friends or families. Please we need help one of my neighbour lost his job after working for a long time they gave him R20000. when called scorpion for some help they told him that money it's enough they never tried even to speak with his employer .
