Not willing to assist
I really don't know what am paying for every month ,I requested assistance but I was called to be advised ,Am I paying for advise or to be represented when needed? <br> <br> The lady who called me advised me that she will escalate this in December today its February 2016 <br> <br> I feel that ur breaching contract and all this ads on TV its a false advertising
