not providing as they ptomised
Used my own money to travel for a case and all expenses that occured during the time of the case...and all the money that was supposed to fix all faulty on the matter that took us to court...and when I need to claim the money from the orther party then all claim has to go to scorpion while they never ever paid any cent to fix the car or petrol or accommodation ..they only paid legal cost.and they never wantef to know how did I fix the car..how much I was spending to go down to polokwane to attend the case...had to drive ****m return to attend the case...for a period of 5yrs now I need to claim frm the party that's withdraw the case but they says it goes to them ..why do they have to take it if I claim from the part that withdraw the case...this is unfair...I m paying monthly primium to get what due for me in the event like this but they stil wanna take what's suppose to be reimbursed to me...that's so pathetic

As discussed, we confirm that the Plaintiff withdrew its case against you with each party having to pay its own costs. Therefore, no money or fees will be paid to Scorpion by the Plaintiff or any other person, but instead, Scorpion will be paying legal fees on your behalf in respect of both your attorney and the Correspondent Attorney that represented you in this matter. Unfortunately, the Court will not allow costs in respect of your travel to and from court in respect of for the trial.
Should you however require clarity or further information regarding this matter, kindly do not hesitate to contact Ms Liz Nair on *** or our Customer Care Centre on ***where our staff will gladly assist you.
