Not happy at all

Till now I've been very disappointed with their services cause it seems like all I'm hearing is we don't cover this it's made clear in our membership agreement. So I would rather suggest they change their adverti*****t to civil matters but only certain matters cause now it's misleading. If you ask me would I refer anyone to them the answer is no without thinking about it even cause I'm regretting not choosing another legal firm.im really not happy cause my biggest fear is what happens when I land in jail do they also cover just certain crimes I'll be made aware of once I'm locked up. I really feel like with them ,I'm only paying for advice and for them to tell me what they don't cover. The only time I was helped was with the details of the magistrate commission so that I can deal with that since they don't they're just advisers . If this agreement they love referring you is so important why don't they make it simpler for people to understand instead of this hefty document that you've to go through make it user friendly for your customers.
