Not Covering my Spouse
<p>I have had a policy with you guys for years now. I have never claimed. Now my fiance was in an accident and I find out you wont cover her. We have been together for 7.5 years and now you dont regocnise her as my spouse. This is Bull****. Or are you just ****phobic because we are two woman together???????????</p>

We have investigated your complaint herein and wish to discuss our findings with you. Our Managers, Stephanie Nagoor and Zandile Dhlamini have both attempted to discuss this matter with you without success as you advised them that you no longer need legal assistance for your partner but want to cancel your policy. We understand the sensitivity of this matter and would have liked to discuss it with you and look at ways you and your partner may be assisted with this matter. We therefore kindly request you to allow our Managers to speak to you about this.
We wish to put it on record that Scorpion Legal Protection policy covers for the member, spouse (regardless of ***ual orientation, as long as there’s documentary proof that the parties are married to each other) and children below the age of 21 years who are still attending school, terms and conditions apply. Therefore no consideration is made of a member’s or spouse’s ***ual orientation. Neither was the decision regarding yours and your partner’s case.
