Not a good start with Scorpion...

I joined scorpion last Year in November, I just did my first call needing legal advice and was transferred to the wrong department twice and then was told i would get a call back, I got a call back in 20 minutes to be told they are too busy and that they will call me tomorrow. I am a platinum member and this is the service i get???
