No work ethics and professionalism

They are the worst service on hand, I had open a case on the 07/02/2022 and the lady told me someone will get back to me in 2 week but she will try her best to get it through quicker cause I haven't been paid a salary since December...I continously call their number and after many attempts and lady answer(22/02/2022) and tell me someone will call me in an hour I still did not receive a call...Today I called many times and the last attempt some lady picks up and promises me some will called but still no response.

How can we pay for a service which is not profession and do not render they services as advertised.
