No service what so ever. Highly irritated

1 star is actually too much. This is the 2nd time I have tried getting assistance regarding a legal matter. The 1st one is still hanging for more than 6 months. Now I need legal help as my former landlord has got lawyers contacting me regarding notice period etc. Scorpions is not coming to the party, they called me I explained what is happening, till now there is no feedback. The advisor actually said there is no legal grounds for me to stand on, but according to the law I am well within my rights.
