No service delivery at Scorpion

Dated 23/02/2018 - I sent an email for attention ********** and cc'd it to Ms S Nombulelo regarding a legal matter I required assistance. To date still no response. I even requested assistance on Facebook to which they rep**** and asked if I required any further help. To date still nothing- is it worth paying a monthly fee to a service provider that does not provide a service?

The case is still ongoing and The Durban office has never come back to me on how they are handling the client I am having issues with not paying their bill. Very slack service. Wonder what I am paying a monthly rate for?
