It’s been a good 2 years with them and I’m leaving for the following reasons: 1. Organization takes little regard for customers. 2. Responses or follow up on claims.

They can only be trusted for paralegal services. I doubt they have capacity to lawyer up on real cases because they disappear and claim not to have received anything from you.
