No service again

I submitted a query online yesterday Wednesday 08 April 2020, and followed up with a call spoke to Nthabiseng. She sent an email to Nthabiseng and I requested he to copy in that email and she did copy. On correspondence email Precious instructed Nthabiseng to assign a legal advisor to contact me. I followed up twice Wednesday since I logged the query and no one contacted me. Today Thursday I followed up twice no one bothered to call me while Precious instructed Harry to assist with my query. Is this a scorpions tradition to frustrate clients to render no service. This seems like a norm as I have experienced this type of bad service

Kindly advise on the turn around time for when a customer logged a query as it seems like we donating monthly fees for no service.
