No service

I am utterly disappointed at the service received from scorpion and their *********** panel of attorneys. Every person or client that takes out legal protection does so to protect their rights and for peace of mind. This has not been the case. SCORPION STAFF DO NOT HAVE ANY SYSTEM OF WORKING. THERE ARE MONTHS WITHOUT FEEDBACK AND EVERY FEEDBACK COMES FROM ANOTHER HANDLER. Scorpions adverts and values promoted have never once been upheld on my matter. We have been clients of scorpion for 5 years + and never once defaulted on premiums. My matter has been with them since 2017 the first attorney they appointed did not resolve the matter and 2 years later they appointed another attorney whose last feedback was February 2021. We have been financially prejudiced by funding this loss and terribly inconvenienced. I have repeatedly written to their management and executives who each time promise this matter is going to be resolved but nothing to date. Scorpion should now consider paying my loss due to their failures I hold them fully liable for all damage. M Mari ***
