No response, no follow up, nothing!!!!

After so many years of paying this policy, I was disappointed when I got arrested, the attorney never got back to me, I tried calling them several times but No1 ever answered, I ended up paying for a external attorney but I have a law firm in my name and for what? The legal advisor seemed as thou she's not even sure about the information she provided to be, I was referred to someone in durban, I've been waiting for communication from them til today Nothing, every time I call she's not on site, ND nobody has a clue how to assist, what kind is such, I regret referring my friends to scorpion and going forward I will make sure that people know the type of service scorpion gives, this is pathetic
