No follow up done

This is my 3rd and last time complaining about you guys by the way and it's getting stale really ...over 2 weeks ago I came to your offices in Durban regarding a telecommunications network billing issue (waited till thy Kingdom come as usual which peeves me off) and eventually was attended to by Nompumelelo close to you closing times which is 4:30pm. I was to get statements from this company and return the following day but decided not to reason been as I was talking to the consultant over the phone Nompumelelo seemed more concerned about leaving because it was past 4:30 and even mentioned it was going to get "dark outside" in Summer???... (the sun only sets after 7pm dear) and getting locked in the building (that part I understood because I would not have been a happy camper if that had happened) so to put it bluntly she was in hurry to go home even though she had a client and clearly did not even bother to hide that. I decided to wait for her return because the following day she was starting her leave. 2 Weeks pass no follow up was done to find out if I'm still coming back with the statements and if the query can be closed. I called yesterday to find out if your consultant "in hurry" had returned and to my not so amazement she had but I still had not received any phone call, sms or email from her to find out what was happening so I decided to request for her manager to call me and guess what??? Neither did she!!! I'm not getting your service for free Scorpion, I pay for it and before you'll talk about your "STING" I would suggest you start with your ridiculous waiting periods for services (there were people still waiting for assistance and some of your staff were already leaving at 4pm, there was even one old black lady that had been waiting for her name to be called while others that were before her were been attended to and I don't even think anyone helped her because I was the last one that was attended to), secondly, I don't care how much in a hurry you are you don't make it obvious in front of your clients that you need to go...that is BAD business practice and speaks volumes about your service and thirdly train your consultants to do follow ups because madame did open a file on the system and I'm sure when she returned it was still opened indicating that it has not been resolved and the obvious thing to do is find out why unless you guys don't give a **** about your clients which you'll have clearly displayed to me for the third time. I would like my issue to be resolved please as a paying customer...it is my right after all and then I'm going to cancel your service's and tell all my friends that I got to subscribe to your services to follow suite so don't be surprised when you get a number of sudden cancellations. Oh and please don't bother trying to retain me as a customer and try and quoxe me to change the 1 star rating on my review because this ship is "SAILED"!...
