No feedback/Poor customer service

I am so disappointed with Scorpion legal, there's a case they are handling for me when I call they transfer me from one consultant to the other.. This morning alone I called and I was on hold for about 40min while waiting to be transferred to the so person who's handling my claim. I even went to their website and chat to an online consultant who advised He will escalate the matter.

When you ask to speak to seniors/managers they are forever not available , Been paying for this policy since 2007 only claimed in 2012 ever since then its now that I am claiming.. I am not getting the service I am paying for I am the one who forever call to follow up... The issue they must assist me with is alone frustrating and depressing enough for us instead of been kept in the loop to ease the stress they make the situation even worse!
