no feedback or update

Scorpion specialist j Swarts not helpful since I register a claim with scorpion.she does not call tried countless time to call her office they say she busy all the time she will call me back she never does.sent her email she still does not reply.All her colleague say she the only one that can give me update on the matter.it has been more than a month now no feedback.
